MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounting of supplier invoices and transportation documents;
- Issuing invoices to clients;
- Communication with management, suppliers, customers regarding discrepancies in invoices/documents;
- Optimization of work processes;
- Execution of other assigned tasks related to accounting.
WHAT ARE WE EXPECTING?
- Knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken). The main communication takes place in English;
- Experience in the field of accounting/bookkeeping;
- Good MS Excel skills;
- Diligence, responsibility, great attention to details;
- Experience in a logistics company (advantage);
- Experience working with CMRs (advantage).
