Nature of work
- Receipt of purchase and sale invoices, bringing them into the system;
- Control/verification of issued VAT invoices;
- Bank reconciliation;
- Consolidation of debts;
- Archiving of primary accounting documents;
- Maintaining and checking ISAF registers;
- Cross-checking (collection of missing accounts, collection);
- Preparation of contracts, their annexes and additional agreements;
- Assistance to the manager. When preparing reports for the financier.
Employee requirements
- from 1 year of work experience in the field of accounting;
- Free to work with the Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Initiative, independence, ability to plan and organize your working time;
- Attention, thoroughness and quick orientation;
- English and Russian language skills an advantage;
- Good computer skills.
