Nature of work
The company has a chief accountant. Nature of works:
- Management of primary company accounting documents (purchases/sales);
- Compilation of bank statements and execution of payment orders;
- Write-offs, accounting of business trips, accounting of advances;
- Registration of manufactured products in the program;
- Preparation of personnel documentation (employment contracts, orders, requests, etc.);
- Filling in tables, entering bulletins, vacations and other documents into the program;
- Debt administration;
- Assistance to the manager and colleagues;
- Working with Rivilė program;
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Work experience as an administrator or accountant is an advantage;
- Basics of accounting;
- Experience with personnel documents;
- Understanding of the organization of work safety in the company;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Windows; MS Office);
- Attention to detail, positivity and communicative personality traits.
- Work in the Rivilė program
