- Primary accounting documents (Full receipt of orders-purchase invoices, sales
- Billing control.
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients.
- Email execution and maintenance of trade orders.
- Submission of e-invoices, I.SAF system and verification.
- Control of product balances and orders.
- Creation and centralized sending of newsletters to customers.
- Complete creation of new goods cards in the VVS Euroskaita system.
- Preparation and execution of import-export documents and sending.
- Active work with existing and new customers, accepting orders (all available channels).
- Package accounting, data entry into GPAIS.
- Document archiving
- Other men tasks assigned by the accountant.
Daily work 7:30-16:30.
Employee requirements
- Higher-Higher education in accounting/accounting.
- Professional work experience. In a similar activity.
- It would be an advantage if you have experience in sales.
- Work experience with VVS program Euroskaita would be an advantage, work with Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
- Legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting, taxes and company activities,
- Transport orders.
- Teamwork.
- Initiative, honesty, duty, responsibility.
- Analytical thinking.
- Quick orientation, ability to quickly deal with assigned tasks.
- Advanced computer and clerical skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Advantages:
English/Russian/Polish languages. Working in this field, Euro Reads whether using a similar program would be an advantage.
