Nature of work:
- Forming and sending invoices to clients using the electronic transport management system used in the company;
- Checking of original transport documents, their correct distribution/assignment to completed transports and already issued invoices;
- Communication by e-mail with clients operating in the foreign and domestic market on various issues of sales invoices and/or documentation of completed shipments;
- VAT corrections of issued sales invoices using the NAVISION accounting program.
WE WILL GIVE PRIORITY TO YOU IF:
- You have a higher education or you are a final year student;
- Able to communicate in English;
- You are careful, attentive, hardworking;
- Responsibly completes assigned tasks and is able to work both independently and in a team;
- You have strong motivation, you are proactive and want to learn and improve;
- Technology is not your enemy and computer literacy is at a higher level.
