Your main responsibilities:
- Organization of the work of the accounting department (invoicing);
- Setting goals for employees of the accounting department and monitoring their implementation (for the team in Utena);
- Accounting policy formulation and implementation supervision, management of internal controls;
- Improvement of accounting processes, prediction of performance indicators and their monitoring, provision of proposals for optimization of processes;
- Supervision of accounting projects (installation/change of accounting system, introduction of additional systems);
- Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting and other laws;
- Assistance in forming a general financial/accounting policy in the company.
Employee requirements:
- Have a higher education in bookkeeping, accounting or finance;
- Have experience in leading an accounting/finance team;
- Know the requirements of Lithuanian tax laws;
- Initiative, responsibility and diligence;
- Be able to work independently, in a team and quickly adapt in a dynamic environment;
- Have good knowledge of Excell;
- Knowledge of English, Russian and other languages is an advantage;

Salary
1800-2000 €/mon. net
