You will be responsible for:

Management of accounting of a group of companies operating in Lithuania and other EU countries in accordance with International Accounting Standards;
Formation of accounting policy and management of procedures allowing to ensure effective financial control;
Ensuring the high-quality preparation of the package of periodic financial reports and management reports;
Organization and coordination of the audit process;
Organization, motivation and education of the team members of the accounting department;
Implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes.

You have obtained a higher education in the field of accounting, finance or economics;
You have at least 5 years of work experience as a manager of the accounting department of a group of companies;
You have a good understanding of financial accounting requirements according to Business Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards;
You have excellent English language skills (not lower than B2 level);
You are able to manage a lot of information at the same time, summarize, justify and make decisions;
You are able to apply modern information technologies, you are innovative and result-oriented;
You have excellent activity planning, organization, communication skills and are able to work in a team.
