Nature of work
- Organize and control the activities of the Accounting Department: ensuring timely and accurate accounting;
- Revision and optimization of accounting processes;
- Full organization of the company's financial, tax, investment, asset and cost accounting;
- Preparation of financial reporting (balance sheet, profit/loss statement);
- Compilation and submission of tax and statistical reports (VMI, SODRA, Department of Statistics); preparation and submission of other reports, declarations to institutions and management;
- Calculation of wages and related benefits and taxes;
- Work with external auditors;
- Analyzing the financial condition and making proposals to improve the financial condition;
- Consulting managers, providing suggestions for effective and innovative accounting solutions;
- Motivation and education of the accounting team (8+ people).
Employee requirements
Higher education in economics, finance or accounting studies;
At least 5 years of experience in the field of accounting, of which at least 2 years. in the position of chief accountant;
Excellent knowledge and skills in company accounting, financial audit processes, knowledge of legal acts;
Good work planning and organization, leadership skills;
Responsibility, good communication skills, initiative, teamwork;
English language. knowledge (advantage);
Analytical thinking, attention to details, results orientation, initiative.
At least 5 years of experience in the field of accounting, of which at least 2 years. in the position of chief accountant;
