Accounting specialist - analyst

We are - CSUB LT - part of the Norwegian CSUB group. Since 2003 our group specializes in the design and manufacture of complex load-bearing composite structures and is a leading supplier of composite products and solutions for the oil, gas, civil, renewable energy industries.


We have been operating in Klaipėda for more than 10 years. We are growing and invite an ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - ANALYST to our team

What tasks would await you:

✔️ Monitoring and accounting of employees' working time:

  • Completing the time sheet, importing working hours from the project management system.
  • Reporting to the Social Security and tracking information (admissions, dismissals, illnesses, childcare, paternity leave, etc.)
  • Compilation of additions/deductions, calculation of severance payments, verification of contributions.


✔️ Other functions assigned by the accounting manager:

  • Checking and entering the accounts of Lithuanian and foreign suppliers into the system.
  • Completing and submitting statistical forms to institutions.
  • Other primary accounting functions.


✔️ Project data management and analytics (at the company group level):

  • Bringing project budgets and financial data into internal data management systems (project management system, CRM system, project accounting file).
  • Constant coordination with colleagues from other departments (project managers, sales managers, financial controllers) regarding data presentation, format, accuracy of budgets, etc.
  • Help in analyzing the financial indicators of projects, profitability, deviations from the budget, providing insights.

We hope you:

  • You communicate very well in English (you will have to communicate verbally and in writing with group colleagues every day).
  • You have analytical thinking, "love of numbers", you are characterized by thoroughness and accuracy.
  • You work well with MS Office, business management systems (OPTIMUM accounting system would be an advantage) and you are receptive to learning other new programs (we work with PIMS, Edlos, TQM, Salesforce, etc.).
  • You are educated in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Management/Mathematics.
  • It would be a big advantage if you have similar work experience
  • You know how to work responsibly, systematically and perform multifaceted tasks.
  • You are willing to learn new things, you are independent, have good communication skills and a cooperative personality.

Salary

1200-1500 €/mon. net
We will discuss additional fees during the interview. The final salary is agreed with the selected candidate depending on the available competences.
