As an architect, your main task is to design and develop solutions for apartment buildings.

To do this, in this position, you will have:

• Prepare design proposals, technical and work projects of structural architecture, contribute to the design of the plot plan
• Prepare and format project documents, coordinate solutions with local authorities
• Cooperate with other company designers, development managers, sales and construction teams and with the company's external partners

• You have a higher education in architecture and previous professional work experience of at least 3 years
• You are independent in your work, but at the same time you value teamwork
• You take responsibility and initiative, you are brave, open to innovation
• You know how to work with Revit and Autocad programs
• You are familiar with professional laws
• You know the Lithuanian language well (oral and written), you are able to communicate in English

Salary is offered from 2400 to 3100 eur gross (depending on competences).
