ASPHALT PLANT MANAGER

What tasks await:
- plan and organize the efficient operation of the asphalt plant, set goals and objectives, identify areas of activity to be improved;
- ensure compliance with the requirements of technological processes and the production schedule, supervise the compliance of the produced asphalt with the requirements;
- maintain and develop relationships with other departments, suppliers, internal and external customers;
- participate in the preparation of the factory budget, form the pricing of the asphalt for sale, prepare the necessary documents for the operation of the factory;
- ensure constant maintenance of equipment and timely repair work, organize planned tests of materials and products;
- organize the work of the factory workers, rationally distribute the work and coordinate their performance, ensure the safety of subordinate workers;
- participate in the selection process of new employees, evaluate the compliance of competences with the requirements, conduct performance evaluation interviews.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has obtained a university or higher education in the field of engineering (road engineering studies are an advantage);
- has accumulated at least 2 years of managerial work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities;
- knows the technical documents regulating the production of asphalt mixtures, bitumen and aggregates;
- knows the requirements for supplying products to the market;
- knows and applies work safety requirements;
- has a category B driver's license;
- is a skilled user of the MS Office program package;
- knows English at A2 level;
- characterized by self-confidence, the ability to argue and justify one's opinion and orientation to the result.
