Personal caregiver at the client's home

Our company specializes in personal care services. We are looking for responsible and passionate Personal Caregivers to support the well-being of our clients and help them with their daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to the client based on his/her individual needs and preferences.
Helping the client in his daily activities, such as hygiene care, preparing clothes, cooking, helping with eating, making sure he drinks enough fluids, communicating, organizing leisure activities, accompanying to doctors.
To ensure that the client feels safe and comfortable in his home.
Maintain a good relationship with the client and his/her family.
Monitor the client's health status and report any change or medical emergency as needed.
Keeping the patient's home clean and buying food.

For each employee who has children who are studying or studying in the child's pings:
for children up to 15 years of age, €100 net is paid every month, and from 15 to 25 years, €50 net. You only need to present us with the child's birth certificate and confirmation from kindergarten, school or studies.

Taxes for employees under the age of 63 ~ 30 - 50€ are deducted from the remuneration.
And for those older than 63 ~ 80 - 100€. Taxes are returned in April every year, we submit an annual tax return for each employee.

Previous personal care experience would be a strong advantage.
References from nursing work preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Responsibility, patience and understanding.
Ability to work independently and effectively in solving situations.

1755-2600 €/mon. gross
It depends on the language level and the individual offer to the employee.
