YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE:

Administer the manager's agenda promptly and efficiently;

Manage internal and external information flows addressed to the manager, assess the relevance of information and ensure its timely transmission;

Organize business trips and personal trips;

According to his competence, control the form and deadlines of the documents submitted to the manager for signing;

Control deadlines for tasks assigned by the manager and ensure feedback;

Carry out other assignments of the direct manager and perform other assigned personal tasks.

Quickly orientates in different and stressful situations;

Understands the importance of confidentiality;

Quick orientation, organization, initiative, helpfulness, resistance to stress, excellent communication skills

Is proactive and thinks several steps ahead;

Is literate and able to communicate in English (excellent in writing and speaking);

Has a driver's license.
