Nature of work

LRT - the largest and most modern media group in Lithuania with deep traditions invites a Reward and additional benefits partner(s) to join the team of the People and Organizational Culture Department.

  • ensure the formation and implementation of the reward policy, responding to market trends and the organization's expectations and capabilities;
  • perform an analysis of the employee reward system and its individual elements, provide insights;
  • carry out analysis of statistical indicators, analysis and forecast of efficiency of labor payment;
  • timely initiate and manage the organization's job evaluation process;
  • implement new and update existing reward and additional benefits programs in order to ensure their greater * efficiency and compliance with market trends;
  • ensure timely and smooth cooperation in the context of the reward topic with the managers and employees of the organization;
  • ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Employee requirements

  • you have obtained a higher university education (advantage – in the fields of management, economics, law);
  • you have at least 3 years of successful work experience in the development of reward and motivational systems (advantage: work experience in a large organization);
  • you have experience in applying the provisions of the DK of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating labor relations;
  • you have expert knowledge in creating reward systems and integrating performance evaluation indicators in the motivational system;
  • you know job evaluation methodologies;
  • you have work experience with personnel accounting and document management programs, you are able to effectively analyze, present and present large-scale data and you are focused on a high-quality result;
  • you have excellent organizational skills, initiative and discretion;
  • you know English at least B1 level.
