Nature of work:
- group work planning taking into account the need for orders;
- confirmation of orders;
- market analysis and presentation of insights;
- team selection and formation;
- training and evaluation of subordinate employees;
- analysis, efficiency and improvement of work processes

- has team management and good communication skills;
- you are proactive, you manage stressful situations well;
- has a category B driver's license;
- having developed strategic and analytical thinking;
- speak English fluently
