WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU IN THIS POSITION?
- Review/analyze/coordinate current recruitment and talent acquisition processes and procedures.
- Ensure the implementation of IT solutions for managing the talent acquisition process.
- Ensure the implementation of the hiring plan for new employees.
- Cooperate with department heads, help them solve challenges related to identifying, hiring and retaining employees.
- Review/analyze/initiate talent acquisition strategy, including employer image initiatives.
- To ensure the efficiency of the work of the talent attraction team and the development of competences.
- Monitor labor market trends and implement innovations in the field of talent attraction.
- Conducting selections (searching, attracting and evaluating candidates) as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Higher Education. in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business Management is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Good time planning skills, strong sense of responsibility, organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
