Nature of work
- Smooth coordination and implementation of projects;
- Carry out the staff selection process: announce selections, carry out initial interviews and initial assessment;
- Prepare personnel documents: recruitment, conclusion of employment contracts, change, termination, timekeeping, etc.;
- Communication with clients and advising them on relevant issues of the selection process;
- Communication with candidates, providing information about the nature of work;
- Constant communication with employees by phone, e-mail. by mail or other social media networks;
- Filling up-to-date data in internal systems and filling out reports;
- Close cooperation with colleagues on various issues;
Employee requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Lithuanian and Russian languages. Knowledge of English is an advantage;
- Experience in the field of employee searches and selections (at least 1 year);
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills;
- Good computer skills in working with Microsoft Office programs;
- Ability to communicate professionally with colleagues and partners throughout the organization;
- Quick orientation, attention, communication;
- Category B driver's license.
