Waiting for you:
- searching for employees through various channels, you will be able to creatively use your ideas to attract candidates;
- constant communication with candidates by phone, e-mail by mail or other social media networks;
- conducting job interviews and evaluating candidates;
- close cooperation with colleagues on various issues;
- you will be responsible for the fulfillment of customer selections.
We hope you:
- has similar work experience in the fields of personnel, sales or customer service - an advantage;
- English language skills (B1/B2 level);
- you have a burning desire to learn and purposefully seek to gain experience in the field of personnel;
- you are persistent and do not have a phobia for "cold" calls;
- before you open the office door, you already infect your colleagues with your optimism;
- you trust your own strength and are not afraid to make independent decisions.
