What you will need to do:

• To cooperate with the managers of the group companies in matters of selection processes: clarification of the need, determination of the candidate's profile, organization and execution of the selection;
  
• Advise and consult company managers, form the right approach to candidates' suitability for the required position;
  
• Courageously search for selection channels both in Lithuania and abroad;
  
• Be part of the HR team, contribute to the formation of the Employer's image, motivate employees, advise the management team and spread good energy.
