We will trust you with:
- Managing the entire selection cycle to ensure the best candidate experience;
- Active search for potential candidates (headhunting using Linkedin and other databases);
- Cooperation, consistent communication and, if necessary, mentorship for hiring managers;
- Improvement of the selection process;
- If necessary - selection of selection partners;
- Labor market monitoring and analysis;
We would like you to:
- You would have at least 2 years of experience in attracting and selecting qualified employees;
- You would have obtained a higher education (in the fields of human resources management, psychology - an advantage);
- You are good at speaking and writing English;
- You should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility;
- You would be proactive and cooperative;
