- Selection Process - Coordinate the selection process, including job posting, candidate selection, interviews and recruitment procedures.
- Active search for candidates - headhunting using LinkedIn, etc. databases.
- Evaluation of candidates - qualifications, personal qualities and career goals.
- Collaboration with the team - collaborate effectively with other members of the HR department and company colleagues, ensuring that the selection process meets the needs of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year similar work experience.
- Higher Education. A major in HR, psychology or business management is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Good time planning skills, strong sense of responsibility, organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
