Your competences and experience
AB "LTG Cargo" offers its employees
- Organize, plan and coordinate effective team activities and performance of assigned functions
- Coordinate the activities of clients' financial obligations, debt prevention and pre-trial collection
- Ensure accounting and billing administration control of services not directly related to cargo transportation
- To form a team, develop it, encourage and motivate it
- Set goals for the team, ensure their implementation and achievement
- Proactively notice procedural gaps and take the initiative to implement changes
- Analyze and solve emerging problems, find the most optimal ways to solve them
- Analyze team activities and processes, make suggestions for their efficiency, initiate and control their implementation
- Get involved in the implementation of new IT systems for the automation and efficiency of functions performed by the team
- Participate in project activities related to customer experience management
Your competences and experience
- Higher university education
- At least 1 year of team management experience
- Experience of working with the coordination of clients' financial obligations
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Interest in modern technologies and innovative solutions
- Strong leadership skills, initiative, communication
- Strategic thinking, strong orientation to results, organization, initiative
- Skills for managing conflict and complex situations
- Orientation towards values, customer and high quality of service
- Fluent Lithuanian language, good English and Russian language skills
