Nature of work:
- Customer service for leisure air travel in Tunisia.
- Customer trust at the airport, providing information during transfers, information meetings.
- Assistance to travelers in solving problems in foreign countries.
- Conducting tours.
- Selling additional products and services.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, stress and conflict management skills.
- Initiative, helpfulness.
- Experience working with clients is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of travelers and working conditions.
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages.
- Driver's license (a car with a manual gearbox is provided).
