Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Manager(s) to the Šiaulių bankas group team, who is ready to work in the team , make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• Communicate with our sales representatives and consult them by phone and e-mail. by mail;
• I consult representatives on the conditions of concluding life insurance and pension accumulation contracts, the process of filling out documents;
• You will help to solve various everyday procedural issues and find the most suitable solutions;
• You will improve your knowledge of bank products and services and gain valuable customer service experience;
• I will analyze information about the representatives' activities and their needs.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education;
• At least 1 year of work experience in active insurance sales, customer service or banking;
• knowledge of the English language;
• Good working skills in Microsoft Office;
• Strong communication and conflict situation management skills;
• Initiative, desire to learn and improve;
• Positivity, ability to cooperate and work both in a team and independently;
• Ability to communicate smoothly and create long-term relationships with representatives;
• Time management skills.
