If You have:
- At least 1 year of experience in the Recruitment and Attraction area;
- Very good communication, cooperation and problem solving skills;
- Precision and a high sense of responsibility;
- Organizational and time planning skills;
- Good English language skills (Russian is an advantage);
- Good computer skills;
- Driver's license (category B).
We will entrust you with:
- Recruitment of employees for new "Rimi" stores and for the office employees (specialist positions in Lithuania);’
- Selection of a store management team;
- Be involved in improving the selection process (reviewing, making proposals, implementing changes);
- Cooperate with the Lithuanian Employment Service and other institutions in order to attract candidates;
- Cooperate with various educational institutions and participate in career days;
- Work together with marketing and brand teams to ensure employer branding activities;
- Work with different Recruitment projects.
