Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement pet spa strategy to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Identify potential growth areas and new opportunities to expand current pet care services.
- Cooperate with the training team and ensure the successful operation of the Grooming Academy.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, projects for opening new salons and manage their implementation.
- Ensure smooth opening of new pet spa salons and advise salon managers, ensuring high quality of services and customer satisfaction.
- Follow market trends, competitors and respond to emerging opportunities.
Successful work requires:
- Minimum of 4 years of previous experience in developing a service business or introducing a new service to the market.
- Leadership qualities and successful team management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions.
- Analytical thinking.
- Love for pets 💚
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
