Responsibilities we will entrust you with:
- Organization of sales department activities;
- Development of sales strategy and formation of goals;
- Organization of the work of the sales team, leadership ensuring motivation for results;
- Searching for ideas for achieving goals, proposing, cooperating with other departments and units;
- Preparing and presenting reports;
- Analysis of sales indicators, competitors and the market;
- Solving difficult customer situations;
- Company representation at exhibitions, events, conferences.
We hope that:
- You can boast of at least 2 years of successful sales department management experience;
- Car sales experience in an official brand representation - an advantage that we will appreciate;
- You are motivated by results and a sense of pride in achieving goals;
- Among your strengths are excellent communication skills, initiative;
- Colleagues and employees appreciate you for your strong sense of responsibility, leadership that inspires you to achieve goals;
- You have mastered basic MS Office programs, you are able to read data and draw conclusions based on it;
- You speak English, knowing Russian is an advantage;
- You have a valid driver's license.
