UAB "Solorina" is the official representative of Toyota in Lithuania, which deals in the sale of new and used cars. The company also provides service and car servicing services. We are currently looking for a CAR SALES MANAGER to join our team!

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
  • The highest level of service, based on TOYOTA standards and values, including professional and friendly customer service and providing solutions that meet the customer's needs.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and needs to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service.
  • Management of the sales process from start to finish.
  • Active and systematic management of customer data using the CRM system to ensure accurate information about customer needs, preferences and past transactions.

  • You have successful sales experience and enjoy doing it.
  • You are interested in cars and could talk for hours about their characteristics :)
  • You are communicative, easily establish contact and know how to maintain long-term cooperative relationships.
  • You have a strong internal motivation that encourages you to set goals and achieve results.
  • You know how to present information and have good computer skills.
  • You are able to offer the client more than he expected.

Salary
