Currently, "Narbutas International" is looking for a Car Park Manager in the Department of People and Culture, whose main goal is to take care of the administration of the company's electric car park.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:

  • According to the company's strategy, to implement the development of the car park, supervise and implement the processes of buying and selling cars;
  • Ensure a smooth and proper process of providing cars to employees;
  • Supervise and implement processes related to car maintenance and service;
  • To solve electric car charging issues, to proactively search for and expand opportunities for charging electric cars in strategically convenient places in Lithuania;
  • Organize timely technical service, repair, purchase, replacement and disposal of seasonal tires;
  • Administer purchases related to car maintenance;
  • Take care of car insurance, administer insurance events;
  • Solve issues related to car parking;
  • Solve the questions that arise for car users.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:

  • category B driver's license;
  • Ability to effectively organize your work and solve problems;
  • Excellent communication skills and helpfulness in serving internal customers;
  • Initiative and interest in technological solutions and innovations of electric cars;
  • Computer literacy skills (MS Office (excel knowledge is extremely important));
  • Knowledge of English (advantage);
  • Experience in fleet management would be an advantage.

Salary

2200-2400 €/mon. gross
Salary will depend on available work experience and competencies.
