Vehicle problem/failure identification, problem elimination planning and implementation;
Selection of repair services, control of the repair progress and evaluation of the performed works;
Regular maintenance of the vehicle fleet;
Cost control;
Preparation of reports on completed work and current status.
Processing of documents for arriving cars;
Checking the technical condition of arriving cars;
Communication with customers;
