As Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

As Financial Controller you will be responsible for:
- Leading and ensuring quality of month-end and year-end closing processes;
- Developing and strengthening internal control, reporting processes and setting up a monitoring system;
- Ensuring timely regulatory reporting and compliance;
- Various analyses and reports to management or business partners;
- Reporting, development and automatization of KPI systems for business;
- Lead process optimization projects for various financial processes;
- Coordinating annual budget and audit processes.
To be perfect fit we expect you to have:
- Have at least 4 years of successful work experience in audit or finance control fields;
- Hold a university degree in finance, economics or other related areas;
- Have strong MS package skills, experience with Power BI and Navision would be an advantage;
- Good communication and organisational skills, ability to manage external stakeholders;
- Be good at analytical thinking, have a creative point of view and be very attentive to details;
- Be fluent in Lithuanian, have good English skills.
