You will take care of:
- localization/liquidation of emergency works in the field of plumbing (replacing valves, connecting parts in cold and waste water systems, removing blockages in sewage systems, etc.);
- emergency opening and repair of stairwell doors;
- advantage - you are able to perform minor electrical work (replacement of lamps, light fixtures, repair of switches, sockets, replacement of automatic switch).
