We are looking for a B2B Sales Project Manager!
Nature of work:
- Searching for potential customers and maintaining cooperative relations with existing customers
- Presentation of services provided by the business project group to clients and preparation of commercial offers
- Compilation and evaluation of the design estimate
- Preparation and conclusion of cooperation agreements
- Planning, implementation and control of targeted sales activities
- Implementation of the business group's strategy, through the achievement of personal goals
- Organization of sales promotion actions, evaluation of effectiveness
- Cooperation with product suppliers, partners in search of the best solution for the client
- Monitoring, analysis and strategy implementation of personal and group results
We hope you have:
- 2-4 years Experience in B2B sales (appliances or electronics would be a big plus)
- Strong orientation to the result, analytical thinking, initiative, quick orientation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills;
- Higher education (preferably economics, management)
- Basics of accounting (work experience with Rivile is an advantage)
- Good computer literacy
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages

Salary depends on candidate's experience and results. Plus an additional variable portion from sales. Conditions are discussed in more detail during the job interview.
