What you will do with us:

  • Manifest sustainability: you will contribute to sustainable business transformation by installing solar power plants;
  • You will expand the circle of prospective clients: you will actively look for new clients who are indifferent to the "green" wave;
  • You will make connections with the most influential: you will maintain contact with existing ones and make new acquaintances with the heads of the largest companies in Lithuania, you will go to regular business meetings;
  • Shaping the face of SoliTek: polishing irresistible commercial proposals and promising company presentations with the friendliest marketing team in the world.

What we expect from you:

  • B2B sales experience: at least 2 years of experience in successfully "closing" business deals, drive to achieve and exceed set goals;
  • Proactiveness of initiative: creating new ideas, independence and taking responsibility when planning work;
  • Ability to communicate accurately: impeccable Lithuanian language, as well as the ability to express your thoughts and conduct negotiations in English;
  • Team spirit: effective communication and collaboration with marketing, product, etc. teams.
