Your responsibilities will include:
- Extract and analyze operations running data from various sources
- Perform data analysis of key problem areas to assist in root cause analysis
- Escalate data issues needing process re-engineering
- Assist with ongoing data architecture processes and governance
- Research & analyze data for ideas of development verification
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance , International business, Engineering. Other degrees also might be considered
- Overall business experience: 2 years of experience in international business; operational process basic understanding
- Developments concepts understanding: projects management & Agile development basic understanding
- Technical data analytics skills: data analysis skills using SQL, MS Excell; data visualization experience with Power BI
- Personal skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Lithuanian; highly organized; strong attention to detail; ability to work in cross-functional & international team; willingness to take leading approach while getting things done
