Restaurant Administrator

The Italian restaurant Casa della Pasta is looking for a strong, responsible, non-challenging team member. The administrator must ensure the achievement of the results of the department, smooth and high-quality customer service, creation of work schedules and completion of documentation. As an essential part of the team, you will be responsible for staff training and development. The administrator we are looking for needs to know what good team motivation and leadership is. We will teach you everything you need to know about Italian food and traditions!

Position

Organization of personnel work, quality assurance and control;

Ensuring smooth and quality guest service;

Ensure compliance with service and production quality standards;

Solving supply and sales problems arising in restaurant operations;

Preparing reports and keeping other small documentation;

Creation of personnel work schedules;

Employee motivation, training and development;

Bar balance tracking and more.

Requirements for the employee

At least 1 year of managerial experience in the restaurant business is an advantage

Excellent staff team building and motivating skills;

Knowledge of production processes;

Good leadership and strong communication skills;

Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks;

Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service;

Excellent English knowledge;

Driver's license is an advantage.
