Nature of work:
- The quality of the work of the service personnel, the organization and control of their work;
- smooth operation of the bar, maintenance of an orderly and presentable environment and happy customers;
- ensuring service quality standards;
- drawing up the work schedules of employees, preparing the necessary reports and ordering raw materials;
- prompt resolution of small and sometimes more complex problems;
- generation of new ideas that can improve the quality of bar work.
Employee requirements:
- Experience in management positions in the public catering sector;
- general understanding of the specifics of restaurant operations, sanitary rules and pleasant customer service;
- ability to organize work, manage personnel and ensure a high level of service;
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse clients;
- creativity, desire to improve and contribute to business development.
