Nature of work
- Provide technical assistance to colleagues related to the visitor access control and accounting system nPoint;
- Provide assistance to customers related to online purchases;
- To maintain the website (part of nSoft), to constantly improve it, improve it and correct the errors that appear;
- Monitor the operation of the nPoint program, identify problems and quickly respond to them.
- Manage user access rights and ensure proper data access;
- Cooperate with other IT internal and external partners, lead projects related to the smooth operation of the website and electronic store;
- Administer contracts, coordinate timely payments for services;
- Issue advance invoices to companies, set off payments, submit VAT invoices.
- Fixed-term employment contract for 1.5 - 2 years.
Employee requirements
- Work experience with customer service systems;
- Ability to follow the logical course of management processes;
- Ability to communicate effectively with users and other team members;
- Strong sense of responsibility and duty.
- Computer literacy (advanced level);
- Working experience with nPoint software is a big advantage.
