Nature of work:
- Organization and management of pool and spa activities - ensuring daily activities, providing suggestions and insights on improving activities; service service order, service quality assessment; assessment of the need for goods and services, conclusion of supply contracts, management, daily communication with suppliers of goods and services; assessment of service quality; search for new business opportunities and creation of new services; analysis of additional sales opportunities; performance monitoring.
- Human resources management - creation of work plans and work schedules; forming and communicating goals to employees; delegation of tasks to employees, internal communication; development and improvement of the motivation system; assessment of work quality, efficiency solutions; feedback from employees; search and recruitment of new employees.
- Service quality management - customer experience management and development and improvement of the service quality management system; reporting and data analysis; creating a customer loyalty system and promoting loyalty; creation of added values for visitors, promotion of customer community, initiation of surveys and feedback from the customer.
Requirements:
- Higher education in administration, management, sports, healthcare or wellness services.
- Successful management and work organization experience in health care, wellness or beauty services, sports, catering, accommodation services, etc. in the institution.
- Good communication skills with customers and employees.
- Responsibility, diligence, honesty, responsibility and good reputation.
- Organization, quick orientation, ability to independently set goals, manage various situations.
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness to deepen existing knowledge and improve.
- Knowledge of foreign languages (English / German / Russian) would be an advantage.
