Nature of work:
•• Survey of service and material suppliers, analysis of offers;
- Compilation of estimates for joint construction works according to the best market prices;
- Analysis and assessment of project documentation;
- Working with computer programs "Sistela" or "Astera";
- Searching for the most economically useful technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction, engineering or related field;
- Experience in preparing estimates for co-construction works;
- Ability to read and analyze technical documentation;
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members and suppliers of materials and services;
- Ability to solve problems creatively and look for innovative solutions.
