General practice nurse(s) or midwife(s)

Looking for midwife and/or general practice nurse for 2-3 months. per week in a small gynecology clinic in Vilnius Old Town. The work schedule is coordinated with colleagues and the schedule of the main job.

You will be visible because you will be alone with the doctors in the clinic most of the time. Your work will be varied as it involves communicating with patients by phone, e-mail. by mail and live, blood sampling, assisting doctors during procedures, filling out documents, etc. Patients come by appointment only.

We hear from our colleagues that we have a good atmosphere. You will always have a contact you can call in case of questions or concerns. Doctors willingly help a new team member get involved in the work.

The work is done with the convenient Foxus system.

✔ Education corresponding to the qualifications of an obstetrician or general practice nurse is required;
✔ Human qualities - caring, warmth, responsibility, friendliness, empathy, demandingness, familiality;
✔ The engine of your internal motivation - the smile of the patient, her warm words, providing help to the person both by phone and in person;
✔ Easy and positive approach to innovations, desire to improve;
✔ Excellent computer skills;
✔ Knowledge of Lithuanian and Russian languages is mandatory. Russian language - at least oral communication, knowledge of English - basics;
✔ Quick orientation;
✔ Ability to distribute work according to priorities;
✔ Good communication skills, both written and oral;
✔ Ability to work in a team;
✔ Ethical, tactful behavior.

640-760 €/mon. net
Salary calculated for 80 hours of work. per month. Salary depends on ability, experience. The salary is paid according to the time actually worked. Full-time salary in hand 1280-1520 Eur.
