Nature of work
- Administration, coordination and provision of the center of offices and co-working spaces;
- Reception of customers, guests, answering or directing inquiries;
- Communication with service and goods suppliers;
- Preparation and administration of necessary documents;
- Preparation of center activity reports;
- Ensuring the quality of the office, meeting rooms, and other services provided;
- Help in organizing events, office initiatives;
- Administrative support for Workland team employees.
We expect from you
- Communicability, professional communication;
- Ability to work with a computer (MS Office package);
- Punctuality of organizational skills, ability to plan time;
- Responsibility, diligence;
- Ability to solve problems independently and in a team;
- Impeccable Lithuanian languages (written and oral);
- Ability to communicate in English (written and oral).
