Nature of work
- Administration, coordination and provision of the Office and Cooperation Space Center;
- Receiving customers, guests, answering inquiries or directing them;
- Communication with service and goods suppliers;
- Preparation and administration of necessary documents;
- preparation of reports on the Centre's activities;
- Quality assurance of the office, meeting rooms and other services provided;
- Assistance in organizing events, office initiatives;
- Administrative support for Workland team staff;
- Assistance in sales and other activities (administration of inquiries, preparation and sending of offers, communication, meetings with customers);
- Carrying out other tasks assigned by the manager.
We expect from you
- Communicability, professional communication;
- Ability to work with a computer (MS Office package);
- Punctuality of organizational skills, ability to plan time;
- Responsibility, diligence;
- Ability to solve problems independently and in a team;
- Impeccable Lithuanian languages (written and oral);
- Ability to communicate in English (written and oral).
