Vilnius TV tower will soon open new spaces for guests - bistro bar "Toliai", exclusive apartments and conference hall 170 m. in height. If you are not only a proactive and responsible person, but also have experience in the field of customer service, we invite you to join the Telecentro team and together create positive experiences for our guests!
We will trust you:
- Ticket sales;
- Communication with clients, informing them about services and rules;
- Email of customer requests. mail and telephone administration;
- Customer service in compliance with the customer service standard;
- Selling souvenirs, maintaining their range and ordering;
- Maintaining workplace order.
What do we expect?
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (not lower than B2 level). Knowledge of an additional language is considered an advantage;
- Experience in customer service;
- Ability to manage conflicts and solve difficult situations;
- Ability to use a computer;
- Organizational skills.
What do we offer?
- Salary 1300-1500 EUR/month. before taxes and up to 10 percent a variable part depending on the achievement of departmental and individual results. The specific salary is offered taking into account your experience and competence.
