BIM Coordinator

Nature of work

  • Implementation of mutual compatibility of essential parts of the project (architecture, structures, HVAC and VN);
  • Implementation of the customer's BIM requirements in construction projects;
  • Formation of basic BIM documents;
  • Team work with constructors, architects, external partners;
  • Communication with customers;
  • Planning, coordination and supervision of ongoing projects.

Employee requirements

  • Higher education in engineering or architecture;
  • Be able to work in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArchiCAD, Solibri/Navisworks, etc.
  • Be able to work with the Microsoft Office software package;
  • Responsibility, duty, independence, orientation to the result;
  • At least 1 year of work experience;
