BIM Manager - in the Technological Asset Management Group (Fixed 2-year contract)

Nature of work

We invite a BIM manager to join the technological asset management group, who would be responsible for the company's preparation for the smooth implementation of BIM processes and tools in the projects carried out by the company in the transmission network. In the implementation of this responsibility, the following main tasks are expected:

  • Ensure coordination and integration of BIM process development into existing project management practices;
  • ensure standardization of BIM requirements, compatibility with legal acts in future company projects;
  • train and advise project teams on issues of proper BIM application and benefits realization;
  • together with project teams to search for the best/complex solutions covering several project disciplines;
  • administer the general functions of CDE, coordinate their possible changes. (Management of ongoing project processes and information in CDE is not the responsibility of the BIM Manager);
  • to be interested in and apply digitization technologies in line with global practices in the company;
  • to ensure and improve the level of BIM maturity in the company.

Employee requirements

  • higher education in architecture, engineering;
  • knowledge of structural design and construction, technical maintenance, project management processes and principles;
  • analytical thinking and communication when working with the project team;
  • interest in IT innovations and good knowledge of this field;
  • good written and spoken English language skills;
  • 1-2 years similar work experience (a big advantage);

Advantages:

  • experience using design tools (Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structurals or others);
  • work experience in the field of infrastructure design;
  • work experience in the field of electricity.
