Nature of work:
- Preparation of disposable and reusable fermenters for work (calibration of electrodes, production of culture media and solutions, sterile filtration, autoclaving, washing and sterilization of fermenters).
- Cultivation of bacterial, yeast, mammalian cells, supervision of the fermentation process, analysis of process parameters.
- Investigating production discrepancies in cooperation with other related company departments, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Fermentation equipment maintenance, cleaning, selection of new equipment.
- Preparation of production documentation, equipment usage instructions; group representation in project activities.
Requirements:
- Higher university education in biochemistry/microbiology/biotechnology/bioengineering sciences (bachelor's or master's degree).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Computer literacy (MS Office) (E1 - an advantage).
- Skills in planning and organizing production processes.
- Laboratory work experience.
- Experience of production work in a biotechnological company.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, systematize and summarize information.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of the industrial cultivation of microorganisms and mammalian cells, knowledge of the principles of management and maintenance of fermentation equipment
