The supplement amount shown is exclusive of tax. This is a one-time supplement that is paid after successful completion of the trial period of 3 months. The supplement applies to positions whose job advertisements karjera.bite.lt karjera.bite.lt/ contain information about the paid supplement and is paid to those employees who were employed before 2024-06-21 and whose employment relationship with BITE continues and is not intended terminate, e.g. no dismissal request has been submitted, notice of dismissal has been submitted, before or on the day of payment of the supplement.

What will you do?

Your working day will consist of active sales (70%) and salon and team management (30%):

• You will develop, encourage and motivate the salon team, take care of its members' daily routine, motivation and results
• You will ensure the smooth operation of the salon, quality and sales results: maintenance of salon order, compliance with BITĖ customer service standard (NPS, mystery shopper evaluation, etc.), preparation of documents, work schedules, administration, etc.
• I analyze the sales results of myself and my team members and look for ways to improve them
• I will actively serve customers live in the salon and over the phone, and you will achieve set personal and team goals

Salary in this position (before taxes) 1450 - 3800 EUR.
While working in this position, you will receive a basic salary and a monthly bonus, which depends on the results achieved by your team.
