Nature of work

  • Incoming and outgoing information (e-mails, phone calls to clients and partners, social networks) flow management;
  • Preparation, submission and storage of internal and external documents;
  • Bringing the accounts into the accounting program;
  • Ensuring the smooth daily work of the office, ordering tools and services necessary for office activities, prompt resolution of issues;
  • Performance of tasks assigned by the company manager and department heads;
  • Cooperation with employees of the company's Financial, Commercial and Technical departments, preparing various documents;
  • Administration of company information in social networks.

Employee requirements

  • Higher/ Higher education;
  • 1+ years of work experience in the administration of office affairs;
  • Structured thinking, priority task management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • B1 - B2 level English language skills;
  • Attention to details, initiative in solving the issues that have arisen.
