UAB "Auteks" is a transport services company operating in the international market for 15 years, whose main field of activity is logistics, car transportation by road transport throughout Europe.
We are currently expanding our activities and are inviting an office administrator to join the team.
Nature of work:
Organization of office activities, trust of guests, ordering of necessary tools and services for the office
Administration of electronic and paper correspondence
Preparation of company documents (letters, contracts, etc.).
Work with company e-mail. systems: document processing, placement in the accounting program, archiving
Help in organizing company events, holidays
Other administrative and organizational tasks
We hope you:
Has more than 1 year of administrative work experience
Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
Has excellent organizational and planning skills
You know how to prepare documents and have good computer skills
You are communicative, proactive and responsible
