We are currently expanding our activities and are inviting an office administrator to join the team.

Nature of work:
- Organization of office activities, trust of guests, ordering of necessary tools and services for the office
- Administration of electronic and paper correspondence
- Preparation of company documents (letters, contracts, etc.).
- Work with company e-mail. systems: document processing, placement in the accounting program, archiving
- Help in organizing company events, holidays
- Other administrative and organizational tasks
We hope you:
- Has more than 1 year of administrative work experience
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage)
- Has excellent organizational and planning skills
- You know how to prepare documents and have good computer skills
- You are communicative, proactive and responsible
